Worked side by side for over 10 years.
No question Andy was the best back then.
Andy passed his knowledge of the ocean, sportfishing.
In 1988 Andy passed down a coveted book that contained fishing spots from His impressive career!
A truly awesome gesture of trust,
confidence and support from The Captain.
Although the book is now obsolete, Greg keeps it as a reminder of his youth and his friend Andy.
For the past 11 years Andy has put his full attention to fishing his personal commercial boat.

Greg is one of the key guys on the Excel and unfortunately we loose him for a few months each year when he looks after his lobster traps and his 40ft.boat the Crustacean.
He is a valuable asset with over 20 years of sport fishing experience running boats like Sea Angler, Monte Carlo, Stardust and the Sea Watch out of Ventura his home town.
Captain Pat indicated that when he first started working on the boats, he learned a lot from Greg, mentored Pat aboard the Monte Carlo.
That's quite a compliment from a one time student to his teacher.

In 2003 Greg was asked to run and bring the Coroloma back to sportfishing.
Using "his reputation and experience" he was successful!
